• Pricing: All consultation fees, diagnostic procedures, and treatment costs are subject to change. Estimated costs for complex treatments (like implants, root canals, or orthodontics) will be discussed during your consultation.

• Payment Methods: The clinic accepts cash, major digital wallets, UPI payments, and card payments. Payments for treatments are due at the time of service unless an installment scheme has been pre-approved.

• CGHS & Empanelled Patients: Satya Shiv Dental is a Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) empanelled facility. Beneficiaries must present a valid referral code/card from their respective CGHS wellness centre to claim cashless treatments or CGHS-approved package rates where applicable.

5. Patient Code of Conduct

• We are committed to maintaining a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for both our patients and our staff.

• Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward Dr. Rajesh Singh, assisting nurses, or clinic staff will result in immediate termination of the treatment relationship and removal from the premises.
